Good Afternoon from Nepal – Upcoming Webinars this Week
I am writing this email to our community from amid mountain villages in the Himalayas.
I am currently in Pokhara, a city west of Kathmandu, Nepal. It is known for being a gateway to the Annapurna Circuit (which I have read recently has often been voted as the best long-distance trek in the world). Flying to Pokhara was beautiful, stunning, and amazing. It was all of those words rolled into one! I was able to see some of the highest peaks in the world including Everest, Lhotse, Manaslu, and Annapurna. Covered in snow and glaciers, they soared above the clouds. Unfortunately, my internet connection has been very unreliable wherever I’ve gone thus far, and even though I have tried to select the best places to stay at, internet infrastructure appears to be lacking everywhere, no matter where one might stay. I am doubtful I can trade meaningfully this week.
Although I’m not there, our community support and education program remains very strong this week. Brian and Thor will walk you through trading at the Open and they will also be moderating our BBT chatroom. As you all well know, they are both excellent traders with many years of experience in the market.
As always, our Technology Monday classes are being conducted by Carlos, Mike, Bryan W and Kyle every Monday evening. They start at 8pm ET with an onboarding session for new traders. If you are a new trader, please feel welcomed to join the class and learn how you can best make use of all of our different community resources. Kyle then continues the session for all new and experienced traders with a focus on advanced tools and techniques. He will also answer any questions you may have posted here.

This Tuesday, Aiman will discuss candlestick patterns and understanding price action based on those patterns. A successful trader is one who manages their risk well, follows their rules, and most importantly, knows how to read the price action! In this webinar, Aiman will review the most common candlestick patterns, how to read them, and how to base a trade based on “prior to entry” candlestick formations.

Katz, will host a town hall discussion with two of the traders who are part of Peak Capital Trading and who did an excellent job in our last boot camp. Last but not least, please do not forget to attend this week’s “Thorsday” Mentorship session with our very own Thor. These Thursday sessions are held on what has become known at BBT as “Thorsdays”! They have been very well received by the community and, if you haven’t already, we invite you to join with us this Thorsday. They’re an excellent opportunity to learn from someone who has years of successful trading experience.
For me, I will be continuing to run in Nepal this week. I’m blessed to have one of the best runners in that country as my guide. I’m excited to be able to journey with him as we explore high mountain trails, monasteries, and small villages. I hope to be back on track for trading next week. My apologies for not being able to reliably trade this week. One of my main goals in life has been to be a trader so that I can travel the world and trade, but my passion for mountains and trails often takes me to places where reliable connections are an issue. Obviously, one cannot have everything!
