Change Date of Activation & Refunds
If you want to delay or change your activation date BEFORE we activate it, please change the activation date on this page. Once activated, we cannot cancel, suspend, postpone, refund, etc. as we pay for it upfront to DAS Inc. If you haven’t activated your DAS Simulator subscription and you don’t want to use it anymore, please submit a refund request to [email protected]
Order Additional DAS Simulator time
Once your DAS Simulator subscription expires and you need to add an additional 3-months of DAS simulator time, please visit this page on our website here.
Download DAS Trader simulator
If you already have purchased the three months of the DAS Simulator, or DAS Trader 14-day free trial, and want to renew your subscription, just keep using the same DAS Trader installation you already have and use the new login credentials we provide when you request a new activation. If it is your first time installing the DAS Trader simulator, please download the latest production version here. This version includes the Market Replay Level 1 feature, please watch the video on how to use it in this forum post here.
Please note that without a User ID and password, you won’t be able to access and use the software. Please wait for our confirmation email where we will provide your DAS Trader Simulator credentials in order to be able to access and use the software.
